COUNCIL WORKER OF THE YEAR AWARDS - WINNERS ANNOUNCED!

The awards champion the unsung heroes of local government - those council workers who go above the call of duty on a daily basis. Anyone, including the public, could nominate a council employee. 23 finalists from authorities across the UK battled it out for a place in the finals and the winners were announced at the Local Government Group's annual conference.
